PURPOSE:To stabilize the quality of the dial in a complicate shape by adhering, pressing, and fitting a type setting projection part provided the typesetting part of the dial body in a hollow part formed in the reverse surface of a metallic piece of shell structure. CONSTITUTION:The metallic piece 4 is obtained by forming an electroformed metallic layer of copper, nickel, etc., on an electroformed plastic matrix 11 to an about 10-50mum and formed with a tool 12 for work, and a decorative plating treatment is carried out by using gold, rhodium, etc. Then, a thin metallic plate is embossed to form a dial typesetting part consisting of the typesetting projection part 9, a metallic piece fitting-in part (not shown in figure) and an adhesive pool recessed part 9c. An adhesive 10 is applied to the adhesive pool part 9c and the metallic piece 4 is pressed in and fitted fixedly. Thus, there is no evil influence exerted upon the surface of the dial body and the quality of the extremely thin typesetting dial in the complicate shape is stabilized. |
