<p>The laminated strip for making labels has a backing layer, with an adhesive between the backing layer and a final transparent cover layer. When a predetermined pressure is applied to the laminated strip, the adhesive is caused to contact the coloured layer to form an impression. This adheres to the transparent cover layer and can be stuck onto a surface after removing the backing layer. A separating layer between the coloured layer and the adhesive is formed of flock fibres perpendicular to the layers or by using micro-capsules.</p> |
