摘要

The cpd. of formula (I) is made by (a) reacting 1,3-dichloro acetone with thiourea; (b) condensing the isothiourea obtd. with chloropropionitrile under N2 or inert gas and extracting the prod. in chloroform; (c) condensing this with benzyl isocyanate to obtain the corresp. benzoyl thio-ureide; (d) hydrolysing with K2CO3 in aq. acetone; (e) methylating to obtain the corresp. salt; (f) demethylating and desulphurising the isothioureide gp. to form a guanidine salt; (g) alcoholysing the nitrile gp. of the prod. and (h) reacting the methyl (guanidino 2-thiazolyl 4-methyl) propionimidate formed with sulphurylamide to give (I).
