The invention relates to a device for transmitting information between a master station (1) and one of a plurality of slave stations (2, 3), the transmission being carried out via fibre-optic cables (10). According to the invention, a relay station (7) is disposed between the master station (1) and the slave stations (2, 3). The relay station (7) is equipped with converters (6) to convert an optical signal transmitted by each of the stations into an electric signal and with an OR circuit (8, 9) to feed the electric output signal of the converter (6) to all of a plurality of provided electro-optical converters (5), whereby the optical output signal of each of the electro-optical converters (5) is transmitted via fibre-optic cables (10) to each of the master and slave stations (1, 2, 3). <IMAGE> |
