PURPOSE:To obviate the necessity of excessive tightening for a bolt by installing a wire nipping member directly connected to wedge members. CONSTITUTION:The eye of a wire is positioned on the right side of an apparatus 10, and a wedge member 2B and a seat metal 3B nip the tail edge of the wire, and a wedge member 2A and a seat metal 3A nip the wire part on the opposite side to the tail edge with respect to the eye. Then, a leftward tension 5.21T is applied onto the wire part, and a rightward tension 5.21T is applied onto the tail edge. Since two tensions move the wedge members 2A and 2B in the direction for being superposed each other, each wedge member 2A, 2B is brought close to the partner's seat metal 3A, 3B, and the holding force applied onto each wire can be strengthened. |
