PURPOSE:To permit the rapid creep recovery operation by always supplying the pressure lower than the engage pressure into a frictional engagement means when creep preventing operation is performed. CONSTITUTION:A creep preventing valve 52 which consists of a valve piece 53 which operates according to the differential pressure between an input oil pressure and a throttle pressure, throttle passage equipped with a throttle valve 54 which always communicates to an input oil passage and an output oil passage, and a feedback oil passage 67 is installed between the first-speed clutch 14 and an oil passage 45. Therefore, the pressure lower than the engage pressure Pe is always supplied into the first-speed clutch 14, even if creep preventing operation is performed, and the rapid creep recovery operation can be speedily executed.
