PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a display device that displays a race to which a voter has voted.SOLUTION: In a display guidance processing device 30, a specification unit 33 specifies a display device 40b (display device 2) corresponding to a playing field (B field) where a voted race included in vote information is carried out, on the basis of information 21 of play fields to be displayed. A print request unit 34 requests a vote ticket issuing device 10 to print such information that the specified display device 40b (display device 2) displays the race to be carried out in the playing field (B field), together with the vote information. The vote ticket issuing device 10 issues a vote ticket 2 on which the race to be carried out in the playing field (B field) is to be displayed on the display device 2 (display device 40b).
