PURPOSE:To prevent the sealing and mixing of air layers into magnetic fluid when a shaft is insertion-assembled, by constituting magnetic circuits into the structure separated from the shaft. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic fluid 9 is accommodated into cylindrical container 8 made of nonmagnetic material such as aluminium. A nonmagnetic shaft 10 connected to the surface plate of a vibration-proof board is inserted concentrically into the container 8. Then, onto the outside of the container 8, annular permanent magnet circuits 6 and 7 are inserted from the below. |
