The mechanism consists of two loop positioners disposed on each side of the fabric edge and in the vertex which forms the loom shed and subjected to an oscillating movement synchronised with the progress of the fabric, between a limiting rest position and a limiting working position; an inserter needle subjected to an oscillating movement across the shed and carrying the threaded warp, which is fed in continuous form through its interior to form a loop; and a tensor acting on the weft in its movement towards the inserter needle and is subjected to an oscillating movement. |
