The present invention relates to a clothing manufacturing system and a method thereof. The clothing manufacturing system comprises the steps of: receiving input of shape data for certain clothing from a consumer terminal through networks; generating a clothing pattern based on the shape data; generating fabric data by scanning a fabric; generating a virtual clothing sample by synthesizing the clothing pattern and the fabric data; transmitting the virtual clothing sample to the consumer terminal through the networks; and ordering production and delivery to a server of a producing factory by receiving an authorization for the virtual clothing sample and an authorization for an actual sample based on the virtual clothing sample from the consumer terminal. By automatizing a series of processes from making an image of a clothing sample to delivering the sample to each manufacturer, the clothing manufacturing system of the present invention can enhance production efficiency. |
