PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for the continuous boiling of soybeans, and composed of a cylindrical high-pressure boiling device containing a shaft furnished with a screw blade and a number of steam-ejection nozzles, a pair of rotary valve seals attached to the inlet and the outlet of the boiling device, and a hot water-feeding tank connected to the seals. CONSTITUTION:The shaft 11 furnished with a screw blade 10 and a number of steam-ejection nozzles 9 is placed in a cylindrical high-pressure boiling device 3, and a steam pipe 8 for supplying high-pressure steam to the shaft is connected thereto. The shaft is connected through the hot-water pipe 12 to the hot-water supply tank 5 to supply the shaft with hot water and to keep the water level. Furthermore, a pair of rotary valve seals 6, 7 are attached to the inlet side and outlet side of the high-pressure boiling device 3. |
