PURPOSE:To provide a treating device having simple structure and high operability and high treating efficiency by providing a device capable of fractionating suspended matters and org. materials in a photographic waste liquid using a tubular loose RO membrane module, and enabling concentration, also. CONSTITUTION:Waste liquid (a) is stored in a storage tank 1, and delivered by a pressure pump 2 to a loose RO membrane module 3, and returned to the tank 1 through a pressure valve 4. If, in this circulation stage, the pressure to the loose RO membrane module 3 is raised by the adjustment of the degree of opening of the pressure valve 4, the solvent in the waste liquid permeates the RO membrane to be purified to clear water (c) and discharged to the outside. By continuing the operation, the amt. of the stored waste liquid decreases and the waste liquid is concentrated. Accordingly, concentrated waste alone is left finally in the storage tank 1, which is discharged as concentrated liquid (b) out of the system by changing over a three-way valve 5.
