PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in collecting efficiency by providing a curved joining duct for introduction between an introducing duct and a spiral introduction part and also providing an auxiliary hopper. CONSTITUTION:The fluid contg. powdery bodies of high flow velocity necessary for the separation of the powdery bodies in the inside of a cyclone main body is introduced from an introduction duct 2 of the cyclone. Before the fluid is introduced into a spiral introduction part 6 of the cyclone main body 1, the revolving motion around the center of the cyclone main body 1 is given to the fluid in the inside of a joining duct 7 for introduction which is provided between the introduction duct 2 and the spiral introduction part 6. Thereby, in the joining duct 7 for introduction, the powdery bodies are moved to the outer side of the duct 7 owing to the centrifugal force affecting the powder. Before entering the cyclone main body 1, the powdery bodies can be collected.
