PURPOSE:To separate and remove the processed liquid effectively by providing a truncated conical rotary cylinder rotating around a central axial line and providing plural oil grooves, an introducing hopper and a cylindrical strainer to the inner face of the rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary cylinder 7 is rotated via pulley 10, the opening end part 7a of large diameter of the rotary cylinder 7 is freely rotatably supported with three ball bearings 5 and the opening end part 7b of small diameter of the rotary cylinder 7 is freely rotatably supported with an automatic centering roller bearing 8 respectively and the rotary cylinder 7 can be uneccentrically rotated. In this state, when the chips attached with cutting oil are introduced into a chip hopper 27, these are adhered closely to the inner wall surface of the rotary cylinder 7 by means of centrifugal force and rotated together with the rotary cylinder. The cutting oil adhered to the chips is passed through the oil grooves 7c, flowed toward the opening end part of large diameter, passed through strainers 24 and oil holes 30 and collected into a liquid reservoir 22.
