DRIVE UNIT UTILIZING PNEUMATICALLY OPERATED ACTUATOR

PURPOSE:To enable a driven motor to be driven with a constant low speed by providing a means for pulsating and intermittently flowing out exhaust in an exhaust path of a pneumatically operated actuator. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust path of a pneumatically operated actuator 13 consists of an electromagnetic change-over valve 21, a throttle valve 24, a pivotable switch valve 25 and a motor 26 and is provided with a means capable of changing over the exhaust to the continuously flowing-out condition or the pulsating and intermittently flowing-out condition. Thus a driven member can be driven with a contant low speed corresponding to exhaust amount per unit time by pulsating the exhaust.
