PURPOSE:To connect and disconnect the transmission of torque through the variation of the revolution ratio by using a planetary carrier, internal gear, and a sun gear. CONSTITUTION:When an input shaft 1 is revolved clockwise, a planetary gear 8 revolves and an internal gear 7 is revolved through a speed change gear 16. The number of revolution of the internal gear 7 is kept at the constant number of revolution corresponding to the ratio of the number of teeth between a sun gear 9 and the gear 7, for the revolution of the planetary carrier 8 by adjusting the speed change gear. The sun gear 9 is balanced in the standstill state because of the ratio of revolution between the gear 7 and the carrier 8. In other words, revolution is not generated on an output shaft, and the clutch disconnection state is generated. When the output revolution is decreased, and the revolution of the gear 7 is set at the same degree to the revolution of the carrier 8, the revolution of a pinion is brought into stop, and also the sun gear 9 revolves clockwise integrally through the pinion.
