PURPOSE:To improve smoothness and denseness of a coated layer by melt- coating powder paint consisting essentially of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin by plurally separated stages to an object to be coated to complete a coated film layer to be formed. CONSTITUTION:A powder paint consisting essentially of PPS resin is coated on an object to be coated by plurally separated coating stage forming <=200mu thickness for each one melt-coating, and the coated film layer is semi-cured by heating at 350-390 deg.C. Thereafter, a desired coating film layer is formed thereon.
