PURPOSE:To prepare instant rice cake powder storable for a long period, and capable of giving a rice cake having the stickiness, taste and flavor of just- pounded rice cake without restrictions in the time and place only by stirring the powder in the presence of water or hot water, by solidifying and crushing steamed glutinous rice, and applying a coating film to the surface of the crushed rice cake. CONSTITUTION:The objective instant rice cake powder can be prepared by driving or freezing steamed glutinous rice, crushing preferably to 15-50 mesh, spraying or dripping preferably 3wt% edible oil, fat or sugar to the particles, and stirring the mixture to form a coating film to the surface of the crushed rice cake. |
