PURPOSE:To obtain the titled instantly soluble disintegrable tablet scarcely requiring care for suspension of insoluble substances, by tableting a raw material containing a specific sweetener, disintegrating agent and excipient. CONSTITUTION:A raw material containing (A) aspartame as a sweetener, (B) one or more of carboxymethyl starch, carboxymethyl cellulose and derivatives thereof and powdered agar, guar gum and crystalline cellulose as a disintegrating agent and (C) lactose as an excipient is tableted to give the aimed disintegrable tablet. The mixing ratio of the components (A), (B) and (C) is preferably as follows; 10-50pts.wt. component (A), 1-2pts.wt. component (B) and 50- 90pts.wt. component (C). |
