Device for rapidly fastening a motor vehicle cooling radiator, of the type in which the radiator is positioned and held resting on the structure of the vehicle, by an elastic pin. The device according to the invention is mainly composed of an elastic pin 2, one branch of which engages by pinching in holding lugs 13, arranged vertically on one wall of the structure. The other branch of the pin comprises a boss 11, which interacts with a recess 12 in the upper surface of the radiator 1.
