Device for cleaning surfaces which comprises a supply reservoir from which granular material is projected with intense force through a duct towards the surface to be cleaned and that then this material is collected in successive sections of a piping system which is in communication with the supply reservoir, this device being characterised in that the walls of the sections 12, 11, 10 of the piping system are made parallel or divergent in order to obtain a slowing down effect on the granular material in movement. <IMAGE>
