PURPOSE:To cut off light completely even at a large opening by providing an opening through which a storage fluorescent material sheet is taken in to a storage magazine, and then providing a shutter member which closes the opening part. CONSTITUTION:The shutter member 130 is inserted through a shutter opening provided to a front plate 120a and moved along a guide groove to close the opening 120f of a frame body 120 when the storage magazine is full of storage fluorescent material sheets. At this time, the front end of the shutter member 130 contacts a light shield member 140A to rotate the front end member 140A of a member 140 against the energizing force of a spring provided to the inflection part of the member 140. Similarly, the front end part of a light shield member 140B also rotates to engage the center notch part of a light shield plate 133 and then contact the member 130 directly, cutting off light. The front end part of the member 140A wider than the front end of the member 140A contacts a part where there is no notch throughout the overall width of the member 133 to cut off light completely.
