PURPOSE:To suppress useless transmission by a subscriber and to reduce generation of ineffective operation of an exchange by providing a means for informing a talking end time to a sender when an incoming subscriber is busy. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber A is talking with a subscriber B, the subscriber A makes a reservation for an optional talking time to a talking reservation time registration section 3. When an incoming call comes from a subscriber C to the subscriber A, an incoming supervisory section 6 detects it, transmits a time calculation start signal (g) to a measuring section 5 to calculate the residual time. Then a voice informing section 7 converts the data from the measuring section 5 into voice to output voice notice (j). An exchange 1 acquires a voice informing trunk 8 and informs the residual time of talking of the subscriber A to the subscriber C.
