摘要 PURPOSE:To raise the quality and usability of hot water by a method in which actual flow rates are known from signals of a flow rate detector and calculated with lapse of time, a valve is operated, and one of hot water supply tubes is opened or closed controllably. CONSTITUTION:Lowest ingnition flow rate obtained from the heating capacities of a heater 8 is calculated on the basis of flow rate signals from a flow rate detector 23 in a heating controller 26. When water of a flow rate more than the calculated flow rate is flowed, an operation startup signal is sent from the controller 26 to heating controller 7 and heat exchanger 3 is heated to supply hot water. Signals from the detector 23 are calculated with lapse of time in an integral flow rate arithmetic unit 28, and when a flow set in a integral flow rate setter 27 is reached, a stop signal is sent to a vavle driver 28 to close the valve 24 to stop the supply of hot water to a hot water discharge tube 5'. Under a condition that an integral flow rate releasing device is in released state, the valve 24 becomes opened all the time to obtain usual hot water supply conditions.
