The sleeve comprises: a tubular casing 9 of highly thermally conductive material, the inside diameter of which allows it to fit accurately on a filter cartridge or on the vessel of a filter 3, a pipe 12 of conductive material, locally embedded in the thickness of the sleeve and forming, outside the latter, two connecting ducts 14-15, and at least one fixing element 11 immobilising the casing on the cartridge or the vessel in order to establish localised surface contact between them.
