The invention comprises, on the portion of the frame 1, the spindle for supporting the pedal box mounted on ball bearings 2 retained by two fastening rings 3 and 4 each securely fastened to a pinion 5 and 6, symmetrically opposed relative to the spindle 2, the two cranks 7 and 8 equipped with lugs and ring gears 9 and 10, one of which 9 fits to the large gear plate 11; the cranks are equipped with toe clips 12 and 13, they provide the user with new possibilities for rapid adaptation to different satellite inclinations, safety, training and competition. The toe clips, at their crank spindles 14 and 15, directly drive the pinions 16 and 17. All the pinions of the satellite pedal box are of the same dimensions 5, 6, 16, 17; connected to one another by chains 18 and 19, they allow the toe clips to indefinitely perform a satellite movement.
