PURPOSE:To bring a roller into contact with a feed roller equally left and right while simplifying a structure, by providing a plurality of pendulums revolving in the longitudinal direction of the feed roller at least in the vicinity of both ends of a roller shaft and energizing the roller shaft toward the feed rollr side. CONSTITUTION:When a righthand end button 19 is pressed to push a roller shaft 11 to the left, a pendulum 15 is revolved around an engaging part 14 and, at a place slightly exceeding a vertical line, the righthand end push button 19 is contacted with the right side of a housing 1 and the roller shaft 11 is stopped. Therefore, the pendulum 15 allows the roller shaft 11 to go away from a feed roller 7 against the force of a spring 17 and the gap for passing paper 18 is formed between the feed roller 7 and a roller 10. When a lefthand end button 19 is pressed to the right after the paper 18 is set, a paper feed state is obtained. Because the pendulum 15 is inclined by the force of the spring 17, the roller shaft 11 is energized at both ends by the spring 17 and displaced to the side of the feed roller 7. Therefore, the paper 18 can be contacted with the feed roller 7 under pressure equally left and right by the roller 10.
