PURPOSE:To stabilize the vortex to be formed through rotation of impeller and to improve the air force performance by forming the vortex stable side casing for forming a wind path together with the wind guide side casing to be arranged with the impeller with oval curved face section. CONSTITUTION:A wind path is formed by a vortex stable side casing 11 and a wind guide side casing 3 and arranged with an impeller 1. A vortex 12 is formed near the vortex stable side casing 11 through rotation of impeller 1, to produce the wind feed function through the function of said vortex 12. Here, the vortex stable side casing 11 is formed with curved face along a portion of such oval as having the center at the center of the vortex 13 while having a linear line connecting between the center 8 of the impeller 1 and the center of vortex 13 as the long axis 14. The starting position of said oval curved face or the starting end 15 at the suction side is arranged at the cross point between said oval curve and an imaginary circle 16 having the diameter 1.05-1.10 times of the outercirfumferential diameter of impeller 1 while the terminal position or the end of blow- out side 17 is arranged on the long axis 14.
