PURPOSE:To provide the titled device which provides an exactly measured and detected value by providing successively a quick cooler, leveler, scale breaker and measuring instrument for control between a hot finishing mill and a noze cooling part and fining the structure of a sheet material so that the surface of the sheet material is made flat and good. CONSTITUTION:A rolling material 10 which is cooled 9 between the stands of the hot finishing mill and emitted from the final stand 1 is quickly cooled by a nearest cooler 4, by which the structure thereof is made finer and more uniform. The strain generated by quick cooling of the material is relieved uniformly by the leveler 5 and the oxide scale thereof is removed by the high-pressure water scale breaker 6, by which the satisfactory surface condition is obtd. The material enters a sensor or measuring instrument 7 for feedback control in succession thereto where the material is exactly measured and the satisfactory operation control is executed. Such material enters the final zone cooler 3. The quality of the rolling material is thus improved in a short section and the satisfactory device control is executed with the exactly measured and detected value. |
