The prefabricated modular cellar comprises an external shell (1) welded to vertical spacers (2) and to horizontal shelvings (3), the whole assembly forming a module (9), the inside of which delimits a handling space which is provided with a staircase (5) allowing a rational use of the horizontal shelvings (3) for storing objects or foods at a constant temperature.
