PURPOSE:The titled composition having a high rate of crystallization and giving a molded article with little occurrence of flash, comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin, a specified polycaprolactone derivative, a core-shell resin, and a nucleating agent. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester (A) (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate) having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.35 or higher is mixed with 0.1- 30pts.wt. polycaprolactone deirvative having a number-average-molecular weight of 5,000 or less and at least 50% of its end groups being blocked, shown by the formula [where R<11> is an organic group with a valence of (m+m'), R<12> and R<13> are each a univalent organic group; n and n' are each 2 or greater, m and m' are each 0-4, and (m+m') is 1 or greater]; 1-30pts.wt. core-shell resin consisting of 60-95wt% rubber-like core made by polymerizing an acrylate monomer or a diene monomer and 40-5wt% outer shell made by polymerizing an acrylate monomer; and 0.05-10pts.wt. nucleating agent (e.g. talc), having an average particle diameter of 20mum or smaller. |
