PURPOSE:To aim at preventing a door opening area from decreasing, by connecting one side support rod out of two support rods pivotted on a lower part of a rear door to a torsion bar housing a turning end of the other side support rod inside the door, while constituting a device so as to install a damper stay in position between the other side support rod and a car body. CONSTITUTION:A damper stay 20 is installed between a support part 20a and a bracket 8a of a support rod 8 at the left end part of a rear door 3 looking from the outside of a car, and a distance between a fulcrum shaft and a shaft core of the damper stay 20 is varied in proportion as the door 3 opens while maximum opening force is made so as to be realized in a point midway in opening by means of a variation in energizing force of the damper stay 20. And, a connecting shaft 22 extending in a horizontal direction inside the door 3 is tightly attached to a turning end 8b of the support rod 8 at a right side part of the door 3, then a torsion bar 24 is connected to the connecting shaft 22, and torsional torque, which reduces door opening force in proportion as door opening increases, is made so as to be produced. With this constitution, reduction in a door opening area is checked and, what is more, a twist and an impact of the door are prevented from occurring. |
