摘要 PURPOSE:To make welding of good finishing by overlapping the starting point and finishing point of welding of an object and making multi-layer build-up while shifting the starting point of welding by the amount of overlapping. CONSTITUTION:By a starting command of an operation panel 8, the microprocessor (MP)10 of a controlling device 5 gives a command of welding current through an input/output interface (IOI)12 and the first D/A converter 13, and gives a start command to a wire feeding device 7 through the IOI12. Then, the MP10 outputs a truck run command to a motor driving circuit 15 through the IOI12 and the second D/A converter 14 after the lapse of truck delay time T1 set to the operation panel 8, and in its turn to a timer 11 and runs a driving mechanical 1 on the circumference of a tube and performs welding. After discriminating that the mechanism 1 went around the tube from the counted value of a counter circuit 16 through the IOI12 the MP10 makes the mechanism 1 a round reversely, and after processing the overlap time T2X2 set to the operation panel 8, and in its turn to the timer 11, starts welding of the second layer.
