<p>PURPOSE:To improve the pressure feed efficiency by pressure feeding the concrete while confining in a closed space to be formed with the outer circumference of rotor, a plurality of partitioning pieces fixed to said outercircumference and the innercircumferential face of casing as the rotor rotates. CONSTITUTION:Concrete is fed through an inlet path 10 and pressure fed to the outlet path 11 as the rotor 3 rotates. Here, the concrete is pressure fed while being confined in a closed space formed with the outercircumference of rotor 3, a plurality of partitioning pieces 4 fixed to said outercircumference and the inner face of casing 1 applied with lining 2. Constant hydraulic pressure is applied continuously from an accumulator 9 into a flexible film 8 fixed to a partition wall 7 to contact said film 8 continuously against the outercircumferential face of rotor 3 and the innercircumferential face of casing 1 thus to prevent counterflow of concrete from the outlet side to the inlet side. Consequently, concrete can be pressure fed efficiently.</p> |
