PURPOSE:To obtain a double-side molded small container molding apparatus of which the machine height is made low and the machine length is made short and the pitch control is easy, by bringing a part of the process of the apparatus to a vertical form and arranging the other part in a horizontal state. CONSTITUTION:The longitudinal feed mechanism E of a vertical part allows a raw film 1, which is sent from a raw film splitting mechanism A through rollers 8, 9, to successively pass at every one pitch from the part above a pressure forming mechanism B through the pressure forming mechanism B and a temporary seal mechanism C. A cutting mechanism D cuts the raw film 1 almost molded into the shape of a small container by temporary sealing in the direction vertical to the longitudinal direction at every one line (one pitch) of parallel small container lines. By this mechanism, pitch control becomes easy. The traverse feed mechanism F of a horizontal part allows the cut unit raw films 1 to almost horizontally move in an erected state to allow the same to intermittently move through a filling mechanism G, a seal mechanism H and a punching mechanism I. The punching mechanism I punches each small container 17, which was filled with content and perfectly sealed, along the seal part around said container 17. |
