PURPOSE:To convert a level to ECL at a high speed by connecting an output of an open collector TTL gate to the emitter of a transistor, and connecting the emitter and the collector to a power source through a resistance. CONSTITUTION:An output of a TTL gate 1 of an open collector is connected to the emitter of a transistor 4, the emiter and the collector of the transistor 4 are connected to a power source through bias setting resistances 2, 3, respectively, and the base is grounded. An output signal of an ECL level is fetched from the collector by setting suitably the resistances 2, 3. In this way, the TTL-ECL level conversion can be executed at a low cost and at a high speed. |
