The present invention relates to a battery pack which supplies a current to a load. The battery pack comprises: a first battery; a second battery with a capacity which is smaller than the capacity of the first battery and the maximum discharge current which is higher than the discharge current of the first battery; and a variable resistor unit configured to limit a discharge current of the first battery to a predetermined limit current value. Therefore, the battery pack can increase durability.
