PURPOSE:To firmly lock a supportbase with a return yoke and to faciliate the attachment and detachment of a calorimeter support, by a clamp means for grasping and supporting the support metal fitting between frames under pressure in a pierced state and a fixing means for fixing a support in such a state that rails are pressed so as to be spaced apart from each other. CONSTITUTION:The nuts 14 provided to both end parts of a bolt 13 are clamped to bring the clearances between frames 3a, support metal fittings 10 and spacers 12 in the axial direction of the bolt 13. Further, supports 13 is inserted into a predetermined position along with the support metal fittings 10 along rail 8 and, thereafter, a jacking bolt 15 is stretched. The bolt 13 is slightly bent at the central part thereof to bring the clearance in the diameter direction of the bolt 13 to zero and the attachment shaking of the frames 3a is eliminated. Because the attachment of the supports 3 to the support metal fittings 10 is performed by the thin plate frames 3a and the bolt 13, a space is sufficiently taken between the frames 3a, 3a and the mounting of a calorimeter to the supports 3 becomes easy.
