The present invention relates to a cerium oxide-doped electrode and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the electrode can effectively improve performance with respect to energy efficiency of a vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB), Coulombic efficiency, and voltage efficiency. To achieve the same, the present invention provides an electrode which comprises: carbon felt; and a cerium oxide.
