PURPOSE:To facilitate printing a relatively thick metallizing layer, by a method wherein a finer-mesh screen and a coarser-mesh screen are sequentially laid on the surface of a ceramic, and a paste is printed. CONSTITUTION:A screen mask consisting of a combination of a finer-mesh screen mask 3 and a coarser-mesh screen mask 4 is placed on the ceramic 1, and a metallizing paste is printed by using a squeegee. Voided parts 3-1 of the finer-mesh screen mask are printed parts, while black parts 3-1 are non-printing parts clogged with an emulsion or the like. By such a means, it is possible to easily print a relatively thick metallizing layer. In practice, the coarser-mesh screen mask 4a is laminated on the finer-mesh screen mask 3a, and the laminate is fitted to an aluminum frame 5. |
