PURPOSE:To provide the titled remedying liquid, by mixing powdery boric acid with hot water, and adding soap to the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Powdery boric acid (4%) is mixed with hot water (5%) of 80 deg.C to obtain a soft slurry product having dark white color and short texture. The product has weak sterilizing and strong deodorizing properties. The product is mixed with stock liquid of a halogen-containing neutral chemical detergent (prepared from petroleum, liquefied coal, or alkylbenzene) to obtain the first compound. The first compound is made to react with fluorine gas supplied from an iron bomb under a pressure of 10-40atm at a concentration of 200ppm through a rubber tube to obtain the second compound having strong sterilizing property. The second compound is added to the first compound in 5-6 divided portions, and stirred gently to effect the reaction. The liquid agent for the complete cure of athlete's foot and having inorganic, foamy and transparent nature can be obtained by this process. The agent is effective also to various pain of lymphoglandula, achillodynia, rheumatalgia, neuralgia, etc.
