PURPOSE:To obtain an insulating layer which is influenced by the resistance value of the substrate conductor only slightly in its preparation by using a paste consisting of a PbO-SiO2-B2O3 glass frit contg. a specified amt. of ZnO and TiO2. CONSTITUTION:An insulating paste compsn. for thick film printing consists of a base material having about 600 deg.C softening point selected from glass frits of PbO-SiO2-B2O3 system, contg. 5-15wt% ZnO and 50-80wt% TiO2 and vehicle. The insulating paste can provide a patterned insulating layer having high adhesion and good precision by the calcination at middle temp. region. Furthermore, a multilayered circuit, pattern, or head are obtd. without requiring selection of the kind of the substrate conductor. |
