The power produced in this engine does not need to be converted into a rotary movement by way of piston, connecting rod and crankshaft as in conventional piston engines. Two slide valves, which for one piston revolution form four compression chambers with the outer housing, in which a fuel-air mixture is ignited by means of a spark plug, move inside the rotary piston. The piston diameter and piston width determine the power of the engine. The engine may be installed in motor vehicles, as well as construction machinery and garden appliances, with water- or air- cooling depending on the size. <IMAGE>
