The invention relates to an arrangement for measuring the most probable energy of directional electron radiation up to about 50 MeV. The aim of the invention is the creation of an arrangement by means of which this measurement is possible with little technical and time expenditure in a simple, reliable, sufficiently accurate and time-continuous manner. This is achieved by utilising known energy/range relations in the absorption of electron radiation in matter by using an absorber (1) with radiation detectors (2) which are embedded in it in the direction of the electron radiation and which, according to the invention, are connected together in at least two groups (3, 4), which are located behind one another, within the range of action of the electron radiation by means of a parallel-connection with respect to signals. The quotient of the signals of these two groups (3, 4) is a measure of the most probable energy of the electron radiation before entering this arrangement. <IMAGE>
