In an attachment for the connection of a removable dental prosthetic part having a firmly seated dental prosthetic region and comprising a female mould part and an undercut male mould part which can be inserted in the female mould part, and in which the male mould part is located in the firmly seated dental prosthetic region and the female mould part is located in the removable dental prosthetic part, the female mould part has a bar designed so as to engage in a recess in the male mould part. The recess is provided on the front face of the male mould part facing the removable dental prosthetic part.
