摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate adverse effect on the weighing accuracy by a method wherein two load cells are arranged in parallel and a load section is provided rotatably about support shaft thereof so that no torsional stress is kept from working on the load cells even when an eccentric load is applied on a scale platform. CONSTITUTION:Load cells 20 and 22 are arranged between angles 30 and 32 and 38 and 40 along the length thereof and mounted with fitting metals 46 and 48 respectively. A planar fixture 50 is mounted at the fasting section of the cells 20 and a support shaft 52 sticks out therefrom 50 with a load section 58 mounted thereon. The load section 58 is connected to a scale platform 72 in such a manner as to be rotatable about the shaft 52. Likewise, a support shaft 74 sticks out from the cell 22 and a load section 76 is mounted rotatably on the shaft 74 to be connected to the scale platform 72. With such an arrangement, even when an object to be weighed is placed at any of four corners of the scale platform 72, no torsional stress works on the cells 20 and 22 as the load sections 58 and 76 turn about the support shafts 52 and 74. This causes no worsening of the weighing accuracy regardless of a larger width of the scale platform.
