PURPOSE:To realize the improvement of the speed of a transmission signal and the voltage accuracy in a multi-function circuit by forming a pi or T type low pass filter in a transmission line between a measuring system and a system to be measured and employing a capacitor to the components. CONSTITUTION:The M side is a pulse oscillator side and the output side of the N side is a measuring instrument side. A microstrip line 10 is a line provided between the signal oscillator and a waveform supervisory circuit and a line 11 is a line between a switch and an output terminal. The lines 10, 11 are lines with desired characteristic impedance. A microstrip line 12 has a higher characteristic impedance than those of the lines 10, 11. The capacitors 13, 14 represent respectively the input capacitance of the said switch. The said oscillator generates a waveform of a single frequency being not a sinusoidal wave. The LPF has a characteristic of maximum flat type. Since no deviation of loss or phase is caused in the pass band, the maximum effect is attained.
