PURPOSE:To change continuously a very short delay of an electrical signal by constituting the titled element with a conductor wire provided in a zigzag way and photoconductive film buried in adjacent conductors and irradiating the light slit movable continuously to the photoconductive film. CONSTITUTION:The conductor wire 2 formed in zigzag way and having a cut part of the bending part on the way of the path is provided on the substrate 1 and the photoconductive film 3 is provided so as to bury the parts between the conductor wires at both sides of the cut part. CaS or CdSe using a group II-IV element is used as the photoconductive film 3. Since the photoconductive films (c), (f) are conductive when the light slit 4 is placed at a point (a), the path from a terminal A to a T1 is A-a-c-f-T1. Since the photoconductive films (d), (e) are conductive when the light slit 4 is moved to a point (b), the path from the terminal A to the T1 is A-a-c-d-e-f-T1. In taking the moving distance of the light slit 4 as P, the path is lengthened by 2P and the electrical signal is delayed more by the share. |
