摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent unsuccess of correspondence due to the delay in the transmission of a polling signal by transmitting a polling signal from plural antennas at the same time and making the correspondence with an on-vehicle communication equipment responded fastest to the polling signal. CONSTITUTION:The on-road communication equipment 1 consists of antennas A1-A4 and the on-road communication equipment main body 2 in which the antennas A1-A4 are connected respectively. The antennas A1-A4 are installed respectively at each correspondence area of a cross point. The on-road communication equipment 1 transmit polling signals P1-P4 from the antennas A1-A4 installed at each correspondence area at the same time with a prescribed time interval (t). A selection circuit 10 selects an output of the antenna A2 receiving an information signal D1 from the on-vehicle communication equipment of a car body 15 responding fastest to the polling signals P1-P4 and gives its output to a gate circuit 11. The gate circuit 11 responds to the output from the selection circuit 10 and passes through the reception signal from the antenna A2 only, gives it to a demodulation section 5, and the reception signal demodulated by the demodulation section 5 is given to a transmission control section 3. Further, the on-vehicle communication equipment responding first is corresponded until the correspondence is finished.
