The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling the flow rate of a jet pump of a fuel pump, which prevent the flow noise of fuel by controlling a linear flow rate to a jet pump when a fuel pump is operated, improve the durability of the pump, and reduce power consumption. The apparatus for controlling the flow rate of a jet pump of a fuel pump comprises: a flow rate detection part which detects the flow rate of fuel in a fuel tank; a solenoid valve which controls the flow rate of the fuel supplied to a jet pump line according to the flow rate detected in the flow rate detection part; and a voltage controller which controls the discharge flow rate of the fuel of the fuel pump by controlling the driving voltage of the fuel pump according to the flow rate detected by the flow rate detection part, thereby controlling the flow rate of the jet pump of the fuel pump and controlling the driving voltage of the fuel pump. |
